PC4500 intelligent controller is specifically designed to increase the reliability and versatility of pumping systems. The Pump Controller's diagnostic operation is designed to control an unlimited amount of hoursepower, with modular components that ensures easy troubleshooting and maintenance. The PC4500 intelligent pump system is designed to transfer fluid from a sump tank to another area based on input from float switches depending on fluid levels. The controller engages the lead, lag or alternates the pumps. It also engages a visual and audible alarm to indicate high level, pump failures, overloads, seal leaks, high motor temperatures and float regulator malfunctions. Should any float regulators fail, the conroller automatically reconfigures the float designations and maintains the operation. It can continually update the system until it runs out of operating floats and pumps.
